We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags/packaging.
Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:

Items on clearance/sale
Customized or made-to-order products

Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.
We'll guide you through the return process and share the address for returning the item.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
A full or partial refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.
We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.
We sincerely apologize! If you received a defective or incorrect item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
