🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Return Window: You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Eligibility: Items must be unused, unwashed, in original condition, and with all original tags/packaging.

  • Non-returnable Items: We do not accept returns on:

    • Undergarments or socks

    • Items on clearance/sale

    • Customized or made-to-order products


🚚 How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our support team at support@1dstore.shop or WhatsApp us at +92 300 1234567 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Provide your Order Number and the reason for the return/exchange.

  3. We'll guide you through the return process and share the address for returning the item.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.


✅ Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed within 5–7 business days via your original payment method or bank transfer.

  • We will notify you once your refund has been initiated.


❌ Damaged or Wrong Item?

We sincerely apologize! If you received a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

  • We’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
